Bring water to a boil, add couple pinches of salt to the water
Add the whole box of noodles to the water and continue at a rolling boil until noodles are al dente. Approximately 10 min.
While the noodles are cooking, place frozen shrimp in a colander and run warm water over them. As they begin to soften, remove the tails.
Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium-low heat and add uncooked shrimp.
sprinkle the lemon pepper over the cooking shrimp
Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of 2 lemons
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic to the saute pan
Add 2 tsp of capers and continue to cook over medium-low heat
Once the shrimp are fully pink and firm to the touch, remove from heat
Place a serving of noodles on the plate, followed by 7-10 shrimp
spoon the lemon butter sauce over the dish
finish with parmesan cheese
